We believe in improving the soil quality through mindful crop rotation, the use of cover crops and fertilizing with composted manure. We manage all of our weeds through cultivation and fire. Our fertilization plan involves no sprays. Instead we work to manage the quality of our soil. Our goal for 2023 is to raise at least 90% of our own plants from seed to harvest. We do not have organic or natural certifications for our produce, however, you are welcome to follow us on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to see our practices. This item is priced per pound. They are also known for a long storage life, but that won't really matter since you will probably eat them up right away! We are a chemical-free farm, but in an effort to increase shelf-life on your potatoes, we don't wash them, just brush off the majority of the sandy soil.
