Known as the King of French herbs, tarragon was used medicinally throughout history and is now used fresh or dried in dishes such as grilled fish, potato salad, omelettes, chicken soup, French sauces and herb dressings. Our herbs are grown using organic practices without synthetic chemicals and are hand harvested. Each bunch contains approximately 5-7 stems and can be kept in water or refrigerated for a short time, or for longer uses, can be dried.

Beautiful mini dried lavender bunch that has been grown, hand-harvested, and dried on our farm. One bunch includes approximately 36 stems and will be about 5 inches in length. The length and shape of each bunch may vary. The variety of lavender is ‘Phenomenal’ which has many uses: keep as a bouquet, create your own potpourri or sachet, or use in crafts. It is also an edible lavender variety that could be used in salads, teas, or other recipes. For the best results, please store out of direct sunlight. All lavender has been harvested and carefully prepared by our son as a summer project. Proceeds will go to him. He has been careful to leave plenty of flowers for the bees and other pollinators to enjoy.
