When we buy a whole beef from Doty's Angus Beef, we have Dayton's Meats process it into restaurant use packages. We've always loved the bacon, and want to share this smoky item. We use it in our bleu cheese-stuffed, beef-bacon wrapped dates, and a few other products. Makes a great addition to brunch! These packages are approximately 3/4#, and will come frozen.

Another favorite of ours from Dayton Meat's processing of a whole Doty's Beef, this braunschweiger is a nicely spiced version of beef liver pâte, conveniently packaged in an easily sliced, round of about 1.25#. You can slice it up like sausage patties for a fry up, or use as is (it's fully cooked) on toast points. Comes frozen.
