ALL orders must be completed/confirmed by 12pm on the Sunday before distribution. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed! If you don’t, we didn’t receive your order!

If you would like home delivery between 5-7pm on Distribution Day, leave a comment or shoot us an email that says either “contactless delivery” or “door-knock delivery.” If contactless, please leave a cooler for your food on distribution day!

Bison burger patties are a healthy and tasty alternative to traditional burgers. Bison burgers are roughly 93-97% lean by nature. These burgers are bun sized starting out on the grill and bun sized when they are cooked.

Recommended Cooking Tip: Bison is extremely lean and is best at medium to medium rare. Be sure not to oversalt bison as there is not enough fat to render out during cooking phase.
