Natural and Unscented Magnesium Goat Milk Lotion Lotion is not normally in my routine, which is probably why it took me so long to craft this product. I have recently been enlightened to the importance of magnesium. Working to ensure that I have enough of the essential mineral in my system, I’ve realized I need to be a bit creative to get enough. So, this particular Magnesium Lotion has been brewing for a while now as a nice way to incorporate it more. I use this Magnesium Lotion on the backs of my hands and tops of my feet, sometimes at night sometimes in the day. It won’t put you to sleep, but magnesium is known for its calming and soothing properties. However, I do find that if I apply it to a small scratch on my hands, for instance, it will sting a little. For sensitive skin or those with allergies, please test on a small area. Goat milk is naturally high in fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals to nourish the skin. Why else would Cleopatra supposedly have bathed in it? This lotion should certainly hydrate while also giving your system some additional magnesium to absorb topically. The magnesium in the lotion is in the form of magnesium oil from the ancient Zechstein Sea. This formula has equal parts goat milk and magnesium oil as well as shea butter, grapeseed oil, and sweet almond oil.
