Sweet potatoes are a great staple to have on hand for any meal. Roasted, baked or fried they can be a hit to add to any meal. All produce is 100% homegrown on our farm. We believe in improving the soil quality through mindful crop rotation, the use of cover crops and fertilizing with composted manure. We manage all of our weeds through cultivation and fire. Our fertilization plan involves no sprays. Instead we work to manage the quality of our soil. Our goal for 2023 is to raise at least 90% of our own plants from seed to harvest.
