A 3/4 lb. bunch of asparagus, untrimmed. Variety of stalk sizes possible, but generally sorted to be similar size. Occasional purple stalks mixed with mostly green. To keep fresh, keep in a sealed bag or container in the fridge, or place stem end down in a glass of water in fridge.

Enjoy raw, in a crockpot or our famous honey glazed carrot will be a sure treat! If you want us to leave the tops on for you, leave us a note at checkout. Otherwise, they go to our livestock animals as a tasty treat. All produce is 100% homegrown on our farm. We believe in improving the soil quality through mindful crop rotation, the use of cover crops and fertilizing with composted manure. We manage all of our weeds through cultivation and fire. Our fertilization plan involves no sprays. Instead we work to manage the quality of our soil. Our goal for 2023 is to raise at least 90% of our own plants from seed to harvest.
